Roboassist is still in development and is not yet publicly available. This pre-release policy describes the current state and will be replaced with a final policy before publication.

Roboassist is not currently distributed to public users and does not currently collect personal information through a released application. No public account, analytics, advertising, or production data-processing service is active for Roboassist at this stage.
Before launch
The final policy will describe the exact information processed by the published product, why it is needed, how long it is retained, any service providers involved, and the choices available to users. Required store disclosures will be completed before release.
Medical and security notice
Roboassist will be designed as workflow-support software and will not replace professional clinical judgment, applicable device instructions, institutional protocols, or medical advice.
Security and privacy safeguards will be evaluated as the final product architecture and data flows are completed.
