Information collection and use

The published policy states that Rehab X may process technical usage information such as IP address, pages visited, timestamps, duration, time spent in the app, and the mobile operating system. The app does not gather precise device location and does not use artificial intelligence to process user data.

For core features, users may be asked to provide information including a name, email address, and exercise or rehabilitation data. This information may be retained and used to operate the service, provide notices, and support the user experience.

Third-party access and disclosure

Aggregated, anonymized information may be transmitted to external services to improve the app. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, respond to government requests, or work with trusted providers bound by the policy.

• Collection can be stopped by uninstalling the application.
• User-provided information is retained while the app is used and for a reasonable period afterward.

Children and security

Rehab X does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. A user must be old enough to consent to processing in their country, or use the service with appropriate parent or guardian involvement.

Reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are used, but no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

Medical notice, changes, and contact

Rehab X supports education and progress tracking. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; users should follow their treating doctor or physiotherapist.
