Information collection and use

The published policy states that technical usage information may be processed, including an IP address, app pages visited, visit timestamps and duration, time spent in the app, and the mobile operating system. OsteoPlan does not gather precise device location.

Information entered into the app may be retained for as long as the service is used and for a reasonable period afterward. Only aggregated, anonymized information may be shared with external service providers to help improve the application.

Disclosure and control

• Information may be disclosed where required by law, to protect safety or rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
• Collection can be stopped by uninstalling the application.
• A deletion request may be sent to draravindravi95@icloud.com.

Children and security

OsteoPlan is not used to knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians who believe a child has submitted information should contact the service provider.

Reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards are used to protect information that is processed and maintained; no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Changes, consent, and contact

The policy may be updated by publishing a revised version. Continued use after an update indicates consent to the revised policy.
